Casa Luna "The palace of Las Pocitas"

Precisely located on the kilometer 2.5, an imponent property of 350 square meters on a 1200 square meters terrain stands. This house, with views to the ocean from any of its chambers, was the first one to be designed and constructed by the architect Titi de Col. Replete with natural life and irrigated by the moon at nights, it's the icon of the good taste in Mancora. The beauty of this two-story house, that has been renewed recently, does not only relies on its facade: when you enter to Casa Luna, you will witness the fine finishes that crown every room, the pristine furniture of every chamber, and the spectacular interior design that makes every corner of this beach palace a piece of art.

Location: Las Pocitas Beach, insuperable location. At 3 km from Mancora town. 

Total capacity: 12 guests (including children and nannies)

Areas description:

  • Total rooms: 5. Every suite counts with satellite TV, closets, private bathrooms, air conditioner and a privileged view of the ocean. 
    • Main suite: 1 queen bed, 1 one and a half bed, 50 m2 terrace (floor 2)
    • Silver suite: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two balconies that look to the ocean and to the mountains (floor 2)
    • Beige suite: 1 queen bed and 1 one and a half bed with a balcony (floor 2)
    • Green suite: 1 king bed and 1 one and a half bed with terrace (floor 1)
    • Blue suite; 1 king bed and 1 queen bed with terrace (floor 1)
  • First floor: Composed of a living room, a sitting room with oriental decoration, spacious kitchen with view of the sea, dining room, bar, and 2 suites. It has a big garden in front of the beach with 8 palm trees, an oval pool that hugs the house, and a laja stone islet with a colosal sofa to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
  • Second floor: It has 3 suites and one living room.
